As a projector, the Epson USA EpiqVision Mini EF12 combines LCD technology with a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080, and is additionally specified with 1000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 200000:1. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Looking at practical performance, up to 321 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 214 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 27 decibels. This model dates back to 2020 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
