Based on LCD technology, the Barco IQ Pro R400 projects images in a Stationary environment, with technical specs listing 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 400:1 and a WXGA 1366 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1000 hours for this projector's lamp. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 429 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers, audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2002 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco.
