Based on DLP technology, the Panasonic PT D10000E device delivers 10000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 and a contrast of 5000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 871 cm can be illuminated with 10000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 581 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Panasonic. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
