Based on LCD technology, the Nec PA621X device delivers 6200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 6000:1 as a projector. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Looking at practical performance, up to 686 cm can be illuminated with 6200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 457 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range.
