The MT600 is a LCD projector by Nec, whose specifications list 400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 200:1 and a VGA 640 x 480 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Looking at practical performance, up to 174 cm can be illuminated with 400 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 116 cm. The projector was released in 1996 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
