The projector P603X by Nec utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 675 cm can be illuminated with 6000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 450 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2017 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec.
