The Nec MC421X is a LCD projector that brings 4200 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 15000:1. According to Nec, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. A look at the light output reveals: The 4200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 564 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 376 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
