The projector VT45K by Nec operates as a Laser-LCD device with 1000 ANSI lumens, a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast of 300:1. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2200 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 275 cm can be illuminated with 1000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 183 cm. This model dates back to 2002 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range.
