Based on DLP technology, the Nec WT615 device delivers 3500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 3500:1 as a projector. According to Nec, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 64 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 515 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 343 cm. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. This model dates back to 2005 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range.
