Known as the P5290, this 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Acer features basic specs of 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3700:1 at a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Acer, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
