The X1173A is a 3D-LED-BrilliantColor-DLP projector by Acer, whose specifications list 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
