Equipped with DLP technology, the Acer V6815 offers 2400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. According to Acer, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Distance Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 2400 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 498 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 332 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 26 decibels. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
