Behind the name X1140 is a 3D-LED-DLP projector by Acer, whose main features include 2700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 6.8 years possible. A look at the light output reveals: The 2700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 453 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 302 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by Acer.
