Based on DLP technology, the Optoma ZU2200 projects images in a Event environment, with technical specs listing 22000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 and a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 30000 hours, which translates to 20.5 years with 4 hours of daily use. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for purely optical image shifting. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 1507 cm can be illuminated with 22000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 1005 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances.
