This projector is named ZU660, originates from Optoma, and its data sheet shows 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 6000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 525 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
