The technical data of the Optoma ZU606T-B includes 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 as well as a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 display. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 525 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2019 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
